Why didn’t they see the sign?

The Simplification Centre is a not-for-profit that works with organizations who need to communicate complex information. They often turn their attention to serious topics such as credit card agreements and pending legislation, but as this recent post shows, one of their favorite targets of analysis is… car park signs.

Why didn’t they see the sign?

10 March, 2013 at 4:49 pm, by Rob Waller Martin Evans was in the Forbury Retail Park in Reading and witnessed three members of the same family coming back to their cars to find £100 fines slapped on the windscreens (that is £300 in total, as they came in separate cars).
